Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person and are subject to availability.
3. Cancellations & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) will result in the full treatment fee being charged.
Refunds are not given for late arrivals or missed portions of your treatment.

Guests aged 16 and 17 may only book treatments from our Teen Treatment Menu.

You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or if you

If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment or have a history of cancer, please let us know at the time of booking. Some treatments may need to be modified or adapted to ensure your safety and comfort.
In some cases, we may require a letter of consent from your GP or oncologist before proceeding with certain therapies.
Our therapists are trained to offer gentle, supportive services for clients recovering from illness, and your wellbeing is
our priority.
We reserve the right to decline or modify treatments if we believe they could pose a health risk.
