This tranquil and restorative massage, available from 13 weeks of pregnancy, deeply hydrates the skin as it stretches to accommodate your growing baby. Performed in a side-lying position to ensure comfort and safety, the treatment begins with a soothing massage targeting the back and legs to relieve tension and promote circulation. You will then transition to lying on your back, supported with pillows, for a calming arm, and scalp massage using specially selected, pregnancy-safe aromatics. The experience promotes overall wellbeing and relaxation.

At the end of the treatment, you’ll be given extra time to get up slowly and in your own time, ensuring a gentle return to the rest of your day. You'll leave feeling nurtured, calm, and completely restored.
